Service Availability and Speed
1.1 Service Availability:
The availability of our wireless internet service is subject to geographic location, network coverage, and other environmental factors. We strive to provide the best possible access, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.
1.2 Service Speed:
The actual speed and performance of our wireless internet service may vary depending on several factors, including but not limited to the user's location, the number of connected devices, network congestion, and the type of data being accessed. We do not guarantee specific upload or download speeds.
1.3 Network Management:
All plans are subject to network management conditions beyond our control. Network management may involve measures to optimize network performance, mitigate network congestion, and ensure fair usage for all customers. These measures may affect the speed and quality of service during certain times or usage scenarios.
Service Changes and Discontinuation
2.1 Service Availability Changes:
We reserve the right to change or discontinue the availability of our service in certain areas or locations without prior notice. Such changes may occur due to network upgrades, service expansion, or other operational considerations.
2.2 Service Discontinuation:
In the event of service discontinuation in a specific area, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers in advance. However, we do not guarantee notice in all circumstances.
Outages and Refunds/Credits
3.1 Outage Duration:
While we strive to maintain stable and reliable service, occasional outages may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Service outages are beyond our control, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
3.2 Refunds/Credits for Outages:
Customers experiencing service outages lasting more than 24 hours may be eligible for partial refunds or credits. The credit will be calculated based on the customer's plan cost divided by 30, then multiplied by the number of days without service. For example, if a customer's plan costs $119 per month and experiences a 2-day outage, the credit amount will be (119/30) * 2 = $7.94. Refunds or credits will be reflected on the customer's next billing cycle.
Internet Usage and Lawful Activity
4.1 Lawful Internet Activity:
Customers are required to use our service for lawful purposes only. Any illegal or unauthorized use of the service is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to the dissemination of harmful, offensive, or copyrighted content.
4.2 Network Abuse and Excessive Data Usage:
We actively monitor network traffic to ensure fair usage for all customers. Any activities that constitute network abuse or result in excessive data usage may lead to account termination without notice. Customers engaging in such activities may not be eligible for refunds or credits.
Account Termination
5.1 Account Termination:
We reserve the right to terminate a customer's account for violating these Terms of Service or engaging in any abusive or unauthorized behavior that negatively impacts our network or services.
By using our wireless internet service, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. We may update or modify these terms from time to time, and any changes will be communicated to you through appropriate channels. Continued use of our service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should discontinue using our wireless internet service.
